Session 5 Final Paper BIB-324A Old Testament Passion/Poise: Poetry & Wisdom Instructions Uncovering God in the Hebrew Poetry and Wisdom Literature This final paper will build upon all five of the poetry and wisdom books covered in this course.
The centrality of the character of God and his desire to live in relationship with his people is the common theme held by all five books. In this paper the following topics must be addressed within the understanding of the phrase “the fear of the Lord”:
The character of God as presented in each of the five books God’s response to the plight of human life God’s desire for relationship with his people The response of his people toward God Personal response of the student to this theme It is essential that you pull their responses from the five books studied in this course. Scriptural support is the key to formulating and supporting this theme. You are also required to use at least three additional scholarly tools and resources to complete this assignment.
