Develop an organizational culture change plan that is driven by leadership and discuss how it can strategically help the business. Focus your plan on a specific issue that needs to be addressed in the organization (i.e., communication, leadership, conflict, etc.). Your plan should include concepts that have been addressed during the course and provide a course of action that leadership can take in order to positively impact the overall organization. Submit your plan in a 3-5 page APA-formatted paper.
Be sure to include in-text headings to outline each section of your paper.
Write paragraphs and use headings, do not use lists. Do not include an abstract or table of contents. Research reference and 5 credible sources. Include Griffin et al. 2020. see attached textbook may refer to chapter 14-15.
