In this unit, you will further explore the concept of a stakeholder in the business environment. This was first introduced to you in Unit 1.
Read the factual scenario regarding Something is Rotten in Hondo.
Define the concept of stakeholders in the business world and explain what makes one a stakeholder.
Identify all of the stakeholders in the scenario and separately address the interests of each of those stakeholders. Discuss whether the interests of one stakeholder are more important than those of other stakeholders.
Identify and analyze three ethical issues that the decision-maker faces in this situation.
Consider the ethics of the alternatives faced by the decision-maker. Which alternative(s) would not respect your rights if you were a plant worker? A citizen of Hondo?

Your paper should be a total of three double-spaced pages of content, excluding your title and references pages. Use and cite at least two additional authoritative sources as you examine the involvement of each stakeholder in this factual scenario in addition to the text materials.
