Choose one of the management models and explain the importance of strategic, organization, controlling, or evidence-based management. Discuss a company that uses your chosen management model. This can be a company that you have worked for or wish to work for in the future.
How does this model reflect the quality of a company’s service or goods?
Is this model considered traditional or innovative?
How does the leader’s position influence the position of the company in a global market?
How does the organizational model contribute to the success of the company? Would a different model be more effective for implementing change or diversification in the future of goods and services?
Describe your experience with managers in this model. Does this model exhibit long term success for its employees? Can you think of any shortcomings of this model for employees?
