Select two items from the list of benefits presented and discuss why a volunteer or internship experience would be beneficial for obtaining a position in your desired career field. 4. 5. Consider a problem or issue you may be currently encountering in your volunteer experience, in your academic or work experience, or in your personal life and apply the IDEAL problem-solving model. Discuss how you can work to resolve the problem using the IDEAL model. Additionally, reflect on a problem or issue that you encountered in the past. What did you learn from that experience in trying to resolve the problem or issue and how could you have applied the IDEAL problem-solving model to reach an effective resolution?
6. Research one or two additional problem-solving strategies and describe how those strategies could benefit you as you encounter problems or issues in your volunteer experience or everyday life.

7.After reading “The Decision-Making Process,” located in the topic Resources, plan how you will take further steps to “know yourself” and “know the world of work.” Discuss how you will merge these two sets of information to make better career decisions.

8. After reading “The Decision-Making Process,” located in the topic Resources, review the four consumer decision-making models: economic model, passive model, cognitive model, and emotional model.
Select two of the models and compare the process and approach of the models. Identify an education or work situation in which you have had to utilize one of the two models you selected.
